Moana Poké was born from the idea of a healthy fast food restaurant. One of the current owners was inspired on a trip to America by the roaring success of the Hawaiian Poké dish.
What exactly is Poké?
Poké, or Poké Bowl as we know it in the Netherlands, was originally conceived by Hawaiian fishermen in collaboration with Japanese cuisine.
